carbon steel pipe fittings, use CY-902-1 carbon steel pickling and passivation solution. This product can remove and prevent rust. Treatment methods: CY-902-1 carbon steel pickling and passivation solution typically has two treatment methods:
1. Immersion method: Dilute the carbon steel pickling and passivation agent at a 1:1 ratio and immerse at room temperature for 30-50 minutes (up to 4 hours for severe rust) until a blackish-gray passivation film forms on the surface.
2. Circulation method: Also known as the circulating spray method, this method is mainly used for internal pipe treatment. A circulating pump can be used to circulate the pipe for 40-60 minutes to improve the uniformity of the inner wall of the carbon steel pipe fittings.
